So guess what? I got addicted to face/eye primers and now I am making my own homemade primers. I continued searching for the one and only fab primer that would definitely suit me. So here's another test to prove its' worth.
I found this mixture, and it's basically 2 ingredients. Body butter and any Liquid Concealer or Foundation you have plus a container and toothpick.
Bath & Body Works Sensual Amber Body Butter
Revlon Age Defying Make Up with Botafirm SF 20
Normal Combination Skin 10 Sand Beige
1.Pour in some liquid foundation. It's advisable not too put too much. You might want to test it first if it truly works. And if it does, you can do another mixture again.
2. Add the same amount of body butter and mix with the use of a toothpick.
3.That's it and you're done.
Look how the homemade primer made my skin clearer and smoother. Photo was taken minutes after the primer application.
It also made my eyeshadow intense and it made my e/s application very easy.
But sad to say, 2 hours after there were creases and smudges.
It gave me a nice coverage for just 2 hours only. It did boost the vibrancy of my eyeshadow color but after 2 hours, the eyeshadow did not stay in place thus creating creases and smudges.
